29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50 feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:    (a)  On or about March 22, 2012 and times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to approximately 14 1/2 foot fall hazards while working adjacent to the edge of a flat roof located at 1520 Industrial Park Avenue, Sisseton, South Dakota.    Note: Anderson Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311474597, Citation 1, Item 1A and was affirmed as a final order on November 2, 2007, with respect to a workplace located at 214 First Avenue, Fort Totten, North Dakota.
