29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): The guarding of the blade of Hobart Meat Slicer, Model 1712, Serial number 56884023, was not enforced during normal production cleaning on or about March 13, 2012. An employee suffered a severe finger cut and bone fracture when cleaning without closing the guard.
