29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):     Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii)        At the job site located at 2939 14th Street, St. Louis MO, on 16 March 2012 the employer did not ensure scaffolding was fully decked when employees used it to access the deck being installed on the rear of the dwelling.        Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).
