When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. a) The employer did not ensure that OSHA 300 Logs were provided within the 4 hours in that on or about March 26, 2012 at 9:10 am OSHA requested the OSHA 300 Logs for 2009 and 2010 and the logs were not received until March 28, 2012 at 10:55 am. b) The employer did not ensure that the sharps injury log was provided within the 4 hours in that on or about March 26, 2012 the log was requested and not provided until May 25, 2012.
