29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:    a) Condenser Water Pump Building, where an extension cord with a male plug was wired into a junction box and utilized to supply power to the permanently installed 1 Ton Man Guard overhead hoist.    The Federal Aviation Administration was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 106705, citation no. 2, item no. 4, issued on September 30, 2011 with respect to a workplace at Renton, WA.
