29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from fallingor flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. (a). Worksite located at 7001 Highway 76, Branson, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead struck-by hazards while tearing down the existing sign and were not protected from impact by the use of hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and verticalsurface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrailsystems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a). Worksite located at 7001 Highway 76, Branson, Missouri- Employees were observed working on top of a platform while performing sign repair activities and were not protected from fallling by using their lanyards to connect to the fall arrest cable.
