29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a personqualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. The training shall include the following areas, as applicable: a) On March 26, 2012, and times prior thereto, at this site an employee was allowed to work on a Snorkel scissor lift model SL-25 without having had training on the scaffold equipment.
