Abatement documenation must be submitted for this item.

29 CFR 1910.266(i)(3)(iv): The employer did not provide training for each employee, including supervisors, which consisted of the recognition, prevention and control of other safety and health hazards in the logging industry. a) At the jobsite, on or about 3/20/12: Employees were involved in cutting and grubbing trees in an effort to clear land, employees used a Hitachi 200LC excavator and a Husqvarna chain saw to perform this task, and neither employee had received training specific to hazards associated with logging operations. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
