29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. a) "Back 40" area of warehouse. Employees were exposed to shock hazards when they turned lights on and off with a breaker switch inside a 480V circuit breaker box that had unused openings that were not closed. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
