This violation was observed on or about 03/20/12 on the East End of the Production Shop where employees were exposed to a slip hazard while conducting inventory activities.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: The employer does not ensure that a written hazard communication program is developed, implemented and maintained. This violation was observed on or about 3/20/12 at the workplace, where employees were exposed to an inhalation and/or dermal contact hazard when handling chemicals including, but not limited to diesel and a welding gas containing a miixture of argon and carbon dioxide without a written hazard communication program.
