THE HANSON PIPE AND PRECAST LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1910.23(C)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315450015, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 003 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 29 JULY 2011 WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF 15 AUGUST 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 451 WEBB RD, DUNN, NC  28334.
