29 CFR 1960.8(a):  The Agency head did not furnish employment and a place of employment to each employee that were free from recognized hazards that caused or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm:    a)  In the Molalla Road Maintenance Shop rest room the pressure relief valve drain line on a water heater terminated at 15 inches from the floor and 26 inches from the toilet seat.  Per the Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code the discharge location of the drain line on a water heater shall be not less than 6 inches from the floor level.    Feasible and useful abatement methods for reducing this hazard include, but not limited to, extending the drain line to not less than 6 inches from the floor level, as required in the 2011 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code 608.5, as enforced by the Clackamas County Building Codes Division.
