29 CFR 1910.132(a): The employer did not have ready access for the employees to replacement, personal protective equipment(PPE) to keep the PPE in reliable condition whenever necessary by reason of the potential hazards of the worksite: The employer had additional protective equipment that would be needed by the workers in an area not readily accessible to the workers in the event of an accident or spill response. The equipment is kept in a lower level from the main warehouse area of activities behind locked doors and down stair wells to not readily identified storage containers.
