29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.    WAREHOUSE:      1.  The Battery Sorting Area was blocked with two (2) hand carts having boxes at a 60 degree angle and where a powered industrial truck (PIT) was carrying a load.      	ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.    2.  The eastern side of the baler was blocked with numerous metal containers and plastic on the ground.    3.  Under the rotating conveyor belt was blocked with two (2) opened top 55 gallon drums for the cardboard boxes.    		ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating part and pinch point:    WAREHOUSE: The following parts on the International Baler Corporation baler were inadequately guarded as followed:    1.  The interlock switch on the pinch point of the conveyor/baler machine door was broken.  ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.  2.  The lower guards for the rotating conveyor belt were bent and held together with a piece of metal wire.
