On or about 03/29/12, on West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, NY., at the new Dorschel Dealership under demolition and rehabilitation, space in front of an electrical service panel was used for storage. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

On or about 03/29/12, on West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, NY., at the new Dorschel Dealership under demolition and rehabilitation, workers were performing general construction activities including framing, electrical work and water line installations holes in the ground floor measuring 12 inches wide and 6 8 inches deep were not covered. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Electrical equipment shall not be used unless the manufacturer's name, trademark, or otherdescriptive marking by which the organization responsible for the product may be identified is placed on the equipment and unless other markings areprovided giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. The marking shall be of sufficient durability to withstand the environmentinvolved. On or about 03/29/12, on West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, NY., at the new Dorschel Dealership under demolition and rehabilitation, workers were performing general construction activities including framing, electrical work and a water line drainage system, a main electrical service panel was not marked indicating its voltage, amperes and other descriptive ratings. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
