29 CFR 1926.403(g): Marking. Electrical equipment shall not be used unless the manufacturer's name, trademark, or otherdescriptive marking by which the organization responsible for the product may be identified is placed on the equipment and unless other markings areprovided giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. The marking shall be of sufficient durability to withstand the environmentinvolved. On or about 03/29/12, on West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, NY., at the new Dorschel Dealership under demolition and rehabilitation, workers were performing general construction activities including framing, electrical work and water line installation a main electrical sevice panel did not have markings indicating ratings to include voltage wattage and amperes. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
