29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operationspresent potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about 03/29/12, on West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, NY., at the new Dorschel Dealership under demolition and rehabilitation, employees were installing pipe lines for a drainage system. Safety glasses were not worn while cutting pipe lines with a powered hand saw. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
