29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1):  Construction areas were not posted with required traffic points of hazards:    (a)  Rudd Construction, Inc., @ 151 Stallion Circle, Snowmass Village, CO.  On or before March 15, 2012, the employer did not ensure that traffic control signs or devices were used for protection of construction workers against in-coming or out-coming  road users in the residential complex.  Employees were sweeping the streets without the use of any traffic control signs or devices for protection.  Additionally, an aerial lift operator was working partially on the street without any barricade protection. These conditions exposed employees to strike-by hazards from approaching traffic, construction equipment and moving vehicles.
