29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) The passageway from the sink to the doorway to the aisleway that leads to the exit has a garbage can obstructing the passageway. b) In the aisleway next to the kitchen that leads to the exit door there were some chemicals, cleaning items, and dirty laundry are obstructing the passageway.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level. a) The exit route was obstucted with chemical buckets, dirty laundry, and sweeping items.
