29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact: a) On or about March 23, 2012 and at times prior thereto, behind building 34 air conditioners did not have a cover with exposed parts that maintenance employees took off while live were exposing employees to electrocution. b) On or about March 23, 2012 and at times prior thereto, in the maintenance bathroom area a light and loose wiring was hanging down from the wall below eight feet from the ground with live exposed parts exposing employees to electrocution.
