29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not train each employee with occupational exposure in accordance with the requirements of this section: On or about April 2, 2012, at the above located workplace, employees in the dental treatment area were exposed to blood and saliva during dental procedures. The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure had received adequate training specific to appropriate methods for recognizing tasks (such as working with saliva) and other activities (such as working with contaminated sharps) that may involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens during and after dental procedures.
