The sampling was performed for 97 minutes on 3-22-12. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of time.     b.) Bandsaw Operator A-An employee was exposed to continuous noise at 174.3% of the allowable eight (8) hour time weighted sound level of 80 dBA or an equivalent sound level of approximately 93 dBA and audiograms were not provided. The sampling was performed for 144 minutes on 3-22-12. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of time.     c.) Bandsaw Operator B-An employee was exposed to continuous noise at 81.6% of the allowable eight (8) hour time weighted sound level of 80 dBA or an equivalent sound level of approximately 88.5 dBA and audiograms were not provided. The sampling was performed for 140 minutes on 3-22-12. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of time.       ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
