29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) In the Timber area, in the northwest corner, in the baseboard of the partition, an opening designed to be covered by an electrical receptacle or other approved enclosure was not guarded to prevent accidental contact with live parts. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard and/or same hazard on 03/09/2011 Inspection #307507285, date 03/21/2011 of Final Order/settlement, and means of abatement.
