29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about March 22, 2012, three employees were elevated in a JLG Model #660, articulating and telescoping aerial lift approximately 35 feet in the air without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that all employees elevated in an aerial lift are protected from fall hazards with the use of a personal fall arrest system.
