Lombard St., Elmhurst :  Employees sort pharmaceutical drugs ( pills, capsules and liquids) and are exposed to broken glass and liquids and solid pharmaceuticals, and were not provided with adequate hand protection.      Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Lombard St. in Elmhurst, IL:  Employees who sort through containers of unused pharmaceuticals such as, but not limited to, nitrolingual and nitroglycerin solutions, and have not been provided with the Materiial Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for those products.       Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
