29 CFR 1926.152(a): Containers used for storage and handling of flammable and combustible liquids were not approved: On or about March 28, 2012, and at times prior thereto at the jobsite employees were observed operating a gasoline powered cut-off saw. The gasoline was stored and handled in a plastic gas container which was not approved or certified by a National Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL).
