29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:       a) Front of garage roof: On April 3, 2012 and at times prior thereto, an employee performed framing activities on a 5 in 12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place.       b) Front deck: On April 3, 2012 and at times prior thereto, Petra, Inc., did not ensure that its sub-contractor protected its employees from an open sided floor fall hazard, while performing stucco and scaffold set-up activities.      c) Main structure roof: On April 3, 2012 and at times prior thereto, Petra, Inc., did not ensure that its sub-contractor protected its employee while on the roof performing masonry activities on the chimney, without a fall protection system in place.      Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
