No abatement certification or documentation is required.

29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(1): Foot traffic was not prohibited on stairways where the treads and/or landings of pan stairs were to be filled in with concrete or other material at a later date and stairs were not temporarily fitted with wood or other solid material at least to the top edge of each pan. a) 430 Linfield-Trappe Road, Worksite, West Stairwell On or about March 30, 2012, workers are accessing the 4th floor using a steel stairwell that does not have all stair pans or the intermediate landing filled with concrete, wood or other solid material. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
