The program shall enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways, and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. Location: 338 8th Ave., New York, NY. a) An employee used the last step and the top of an A frame step ladder in order to perform the electrical work at the site. Ladder training is required; on or about 3/29/12.
