29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks shall not be driven up to anyone standing in front of a bench or other fixed object: Employees using the computer at the computer work station in the IP Retainer Department were not protected from vehicular hazards as there was no guarding around the work station. On 03/22/2012, a lift truck driver struck and dragged an empty bin toward the computer work station causing an employee to become pinned between the computer work station and a second empty bin.
