City of Newark Glass --- was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or it's equivalent 29 CFR 1926.453 (b) (2) (V) which was contained in OSHA inspection # 315153379, Citation 01, Item 002, issued on 04/08/2011 with respect to a workplace located at 444 Ocean Avenue in Long Branch, NJ.
