29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) North side of roof, northwest corner, on or about 4-3-12: Four employees were performing roofing tasks on a flat roof that was not protected from falls, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet 3 inches. AB CONSTRUCTION AND ROOFING, INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(10), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315849299, CITATION NUMBER 02, ITEM NUMBER 001, ISSUED ON 12-27-11, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1401 NORTH CAYUGA STREET, ITHACA, NY, 14850.
