29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom shall be maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable. (a) Rico Pollo, 5195 Federal Blvd., Denver, CO 80221; On and before April 5, 2012, the exposing employer failed to ensure that the floor of the Rico Pollo was maintanined in a clean and dry condition. Condition resulted in employees being exposed to trip and slip hazards while working near hot grills with cutting utensiles.
