29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iii): Flexible cords used as permitted in paragraphs (g)(1)(ii)(C), (g)(1)(ii)(G), or (g)(1)(ii)(I) of 29 CFR 1910.305 were not equipped with an attachment plug and energized from an approved receptacle outlet: a) On or about April 5, 2012, and at times prior, employees exposed to shock and fire hazards from providing temporary power to a electrical panel in the store manager's temporary office by the use of a flexible cord daisy chained into a power strip.
