(a) On or about 03/15/2012 at 1025 Route 22 West, North Plainfield, NJ 07060: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working in JLG 450A Aerial Lifts without a fall protection system in place. Employees working in the aerial lifts were approximately 10' from ground level.
