29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. A) 133 Orient Way, Lyndhurst - NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was not provided with an end rail system in place, on or about March 15th 2012. M. Rada Siding was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or it's equivalent 29 CFR 1926.451 (g) (1) which was contained in OSHA inspection # 312517964, Citation 01, Item 004, issued on 09/19/2008 with respect to a workplace located at 363 US Route 46, NJ.
