29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a. Turbine building - Walkway at Column C2 at 75' level had bracket for sign protruding into aisle where employee could receive cut or bruise. b. Turbine building - Walkway to C201 Technical Requirements Fire Door had a protruding angle iron with sharp edges where employees exiting the room could receive cuts and bruises.
