29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) designated by the employer:    a)  Jobsite located at 380 dutch Neck Road, East Windsor NJ:  The employer did not initiate a program consisting of frequent and regular inspections of the worksite by a competent person.  Employees  were exposed to fall hazards, head and eye injuries and other related hazards while performing sheeting operations on top of a building under construction, observed on or about 02/09/2012.
