29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard, was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1m) above lower levels: a) On or about April 9, 2012 and at times prior, employees were exposed injury while working on a scaffold in that, toeboard had not been installed along the edge of the scaffold. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Sample Abatement-Certification Letter").
