29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately eight foot from rig floor to ground level due to not being provided adequate personal fall protection equipment in the area where the standard guardrail had been removed.
