Employee's lunch room - On or about April 18, 2012 employees were permitted to consume food and/or beverages in an area that contained toxic material. The locations where toxic material were found are the following;    1. The rectangle shape lunch table on the North wall contained 0.0605 micrograms of chromium (VI).    2. The refrigerator's handle door contained 0.0660 micrograms of chromium (VI).    3. The round shape lunch table contained 0.0885 micrograms of chromium (VI).    4. The microwave's door handle contained 0.0553 micrograms of chromium (VI).
