29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Jobsite: Site-wide. a) A worker fell approximately 13 feet 6 inches to the ground below while installing the box plank on the front of the floor joists where fall protection had not been provided. b) Workers were exposed to falls of up to 18 feet to the ground below where the rough window and door openings had not been guarded. c) Workers were exposed to falls of 10 feet to the basement floor below where the rough opening for the stairway was unguarded.
