29 CFR 1910.107(m)(1): Spraying operations involving the use of organic peroxides and other dual component coatings were not conducted in approved sprinklered spray booths meeting the requirements of this section: a. On or about January 23, 2012, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards from the application of aerosolized methyl ethyl ketone peroxide in a spray booth, which is not sprinklered or provided with a fire suppression system. Royal Marble, LLC was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313722100, issued on 08/24/2010, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/22/12, with respect to a workplace located at 110 E. Front St., Florence, CO 81226 Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item.
