29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) The written hazard communication did not contain information about labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheet, and employee information and training. The written program needs to contain labelling of secondary containers, and the person and/or position of the person responsible for the MSDS program, and non-routine tasks. Employees are exposed to A-60 Odorless 7119 Blanket and Roller Wash, a solvent, containing Aliphatic Hydrocarbons, xylene and other ingredients which is flammable.
