29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. On or about April 6, 2012, and times prior thereto, inside the blasting area, an extension cord was utilized as permanent wiring to operate a drop light located inside the blasting cabinet exposing employees to electrical hazards.
