29 CFR 1926.753(d)(2)(i): Materials being hoisted shall be rigged to prevent unintentional displacement; a. On or about April 9, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were conducting steel erection operations, the steel end post was not rigged in such a way to prevent unintentional displacement, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with falling loads.
