29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A) Flexible cords and cables were used as substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.    Employee was utilizing a type 17 extension cord plugged into a permanent electrical outlet for approximately six months to power a handheld skill saw. The employee was exposed possible electrical hazard.
