29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee shall be protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a. At the construction site located at 4531 Etna Road in Whitehall, Ohio the employer had a tubular welded frame scaffold, approximately 14 feet in height above dirt surface, with an employee working that was not protected from falls by guardrail system or personall fall arrest system.
