29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and were allowed to sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position:    a) Price Chopper Westgate Shopping Center, Front of store- CSHO observed employee not standing firmly with both feet on the floor of the aerial ladder basket and was exposed to a fall hazard of 17 feet while working from a vehicle mounted aerial ladder.

29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:        a) Price Chopper Westgate Shopping Center, Front of store- CSHO observed employee not wearing a body belt and was exposed to a fall hazard of 17 feet while working from a vehicle mounted aerial ladder.     SIGNWORKS NEON CORPORATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILIAR STANDARD, 1926.453(b)(2)(v), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311979082 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 02, ISSUED ON 06/10/2009.
