The following hazards were noted during the OSHA inspection:    a/  Poor housekeeping resulting in lumber with protruding nails being placed where employee(s) walked.  b/  Lack of suitable safety glasses during machine tool operations.  c/  Lack of protective head gear during framing operations.  d/  Lack of suitable fire fighting equipment.  e/  Permitting smoking around combustible materials suchas accumulated saw dust.  f/   Using electrical equipment against the manufacturer's listing.  g/  Failure to provide conventional fall protection or in the alternative during sheathing work.  h/  Failure to provide conventional fall protection for three wall openings.  i/   Failure to provide suitable access for employees having to scale up approximately five feet from one level to another.  j/   Failure to ensure that the side rails belonging to a wooden job-made ladder extended a minimum of three feet.
